As many of you have likely experienced by now. 14.2 takes any and all muscular endurance work that you may have done for the chest to bar pullups and puts it to the test. Quickly. If you’re not careful, you can end your chance at 14.2 before it even gets started.
Last year at Regionals multiple athletes completed the 100’s workout C2B Pullups with singles. It appears that’s a good strategy for this one as well. How you use them is up to you but if you aren’t a boss at C2B Pullups it’s likely you will be using singles sooner rather than later.
