Just a reminder guys that the deadline for signing up for the #crazystrong competition next weekend is January 31. This competition will be the Saturday programming next week and all of you following the competition blog will be doing it anyways. Since you will be doing it you might as well sign up for the competition as the prizes will include multiple programming and remote coaching packages from Power and Grace.
