Remote Programming Options
There are those of you who have specific needs. You know who you are. You generally fit into one of three categories.
- 1. You are recovering from an injury or have just gotten injured and need programming to take this reality into account.
- 2. You are looking for specific workouts and exercises to compliment specific needs and weaknesses that you have apart from general programming.
- 3. You are an elite or aspiring elite athlete and need some specific programming to help you take your game to the next level.
If you fit into one of those three categories then remote programming is the program for you. Remote Programming is a simple program. I will set you up with a Google Drive document that is shared with only you and whomever you desire for it to be shared with. On that document you will receive weekly work given to you in advance. This work will be intended to highlight and work on your goals specifically. Furthermore, each day you will be required to input your results, comments, and mood such that I have a running record of how you are doing. You will also be able to go back and reference these results to see your improvement.
What does it cost:
