Here is a video with a power clean + clean complex. The lifter in this video moves the bar different in her power clean and her full clean. The advantage to the power movements ONLY carries over IF the power movement looks and moves just like the full movement. The only difference in the two should be the height at which you catch the bar. Check this video out and be sure as your approach power movements to make them as similar to your full movements as possible in order to get the greatest amount of carryover.
