Ingredients:
1 cup dry old fashion oatmeal
⅔ cups coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter (we used Wild Friends coconut chocolate peanut butter and eliminated the cocoa powder)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup ground flaxseed or wheat germ
⅓ cup honey
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extra
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Roll in 1” balls, makes about 20-25 balls.
Serving Size = 2 truffels
