B) Clean and Jerk: Every 60 sec 2+1 @ 70%-75% x 4 sets
Skill
A) 15 min. Skill practice – pick something you like to do and have fun!
OR don't, get out of the gym, throw a football or a frisbee…
Conditioning
Have some fun and pick a benchmark workout that is shorter than 10 minutes.
