Since moving to Georgia, I have had the pleasure and privilege to train at Peak Performance and CrossFit Gwinnett with Caleb Williams. This circumstance could notย come at a better time inย preparation for Nationals and honestly watching him lift every day is not only inspirational but usually developmental for my own lifting. With that in mind, we’re both training for the same meet, inย the same weight class, and hopefully the same podium. Therefore, a lot of our workouts and loading looks the same. This past Friday we both had to work to a relatively heavy snatch single. I took video of both of our liftsย at 122 and did a quick analysis comparing the two. It’s a pretty fascinating comparison, especially considering the different body types found in the same weight class. Take a look.
