Hey guys if you’re following the weightlifting or competition workouts, I would love to see how y’all are handling the loading and the different facets of the days work. Do us all a favor and post your results to the comments on the work out. Also if you take videos of your work and can embed and attach them in your comments I would love to see those as well and pending the video may be able to give a little pointer here and there. If it’s something pretty awesome I’ll feature it on the blog.
It helps to see how other competitors are handling the same workouts and it gives you a measuring stick for your own progress. I would love to build a little community there if possible.
