Recently I’ve been asked for 2 specific things A LOT. With Nationals on the horizon for USA Weightlifting and some qualifying meets coming up for some others, everyone wants to know what the taper looks like. I used to have a good one that I would refer people to however I have since changed my thoughts on a couple things and revised that 3 week competition taper. Also, I get a lot of requests almost daily for access to the Front Squat/Back Squat (7/13) cycle. The reason I have not allowed that access is because I was re-writing and re-testing some revisions to the cycle. I felt as though the old cycle gave too great and emphasis to the front squat to the deglect of the back squat. I have since changed that to give the day 3 backsquat a little more emphasis. If you’ve done this cycle in the past I would encourage you to give this revised one a shot and let us know how it goes. You can find that new program in our store at the link below.
