Well it is currently snowing in Dallas which if you know anything about Dallas and their preparedness for winter weather this means that we will likely be in a full state of emergency for less than a quarter of an inch. Should be an interesting day. I wanted to take today’s post to congratulate two of my buddies in the CrossFit world in Dallas. They are about six weeks ahead of me and delivered beautiful babies yesterday. Congratulations to Courtney and Jamie for their baby girl, Skylar Grace. 
Also congrats to Dave and Lindsey Nichols for their baby boy, Dawson. Watching both of their Facebook’s light up with pictures yesterday was both a sobering moment for me but also created a great deal anticipation. Now the question becomes at what age will Emma Kate begin to understand the first pull?
