Hey guys for those of you following the competition or weightlifting workouts or even the movement workouts, we have created a Facebook group designed to give yall a forum to post results, gain coaching cues from our staff, and compare times/weights. Your only responsibility if you join the group is to participate. If you plan to just be a bystander I will glady remove you from the group.
