We hope everyone enjoyed and crushed the last cycle! We’ve gone three straight cycles without any time off. So, this week is your week off! I will be writing some ideas of fun work you can do, but do whatever you feel like doing. If you feel like taking the week off and staying out of the gym, do it. If you feel like doing CrossFit, that’s fine too. This your week to recover mentally and have fun with whatever you choose to do!
The free online program will be a simple, classic, weightliftingย template with a balanced focus.
