As we start the new year, CrossFit Open season is just around the corner. You have put hours upon hours of strength, skill, and conditioning work and as we approach test time I want to take a few minutes to highlight some ways you can make your hardwork work even better for you.
As the old saying goes, Eveyone has a plan until you get punch in the mouth. We all know the Open workouts will pack one heck of a punch. With that being said, those who can stay in control and move with efficency will find themselves at the top of the heap at the end of each week.
