Movement Spotlight: Power vs. Distance in the Ring MU

February 13, 2017 By Spencer Arnold

With the Open only days away we have seen how a single rep of a Ring MU, Bar MU, HSPU etc. can be the separator in hundreds of places. Achieving these first reps will be the focus.

Over the next few weeks I am going to highlight some basic hiccups we see in movements that can be the main hurdle in accomplishing that first rep. These tips also apply to movement efficiency for those who have accomplished them. These also can serve as coaching cues for those training others as well.

Cheers!

Be strong, and let us use our strength for our people and for the cities of our God, and may the LORD do what seems good to him.
