This week marks the beginning of our movement spotlight feature. I will be addressing some of the finer points of our movement work along with some technique fixes that you can hopefully apply to your training and positions.
Our first video comes from long time P&G follower, Colby Zeka. Colby is unique as his arch position is wonderful even under stress. However, while kipping from the arch position to hollow, we see a loss of tension in his glutes and quads as well some loss in his shoulders. This causes Colby's legs to pendulmn much higher than needed and robs much of the power he's generating as he kips. Check out the video below!
