The Program: Creating a Successful Competition Taper

As we gear up for a busy competition calendar in 2024, we want to provide a seminar experience that prepares coaches to plan for a successful pathway to the platform. During this seminar, Spencer Arnold and Adam Hill will dive into three strategies of a successful competition taper: Volume Dosage, Intensity Regulation, and Lifestyle Consideration.

This seminar will run live on Saturday, February 3rd via google meet.
