With the 2015 Regional season complete, we wanted to make a couple of specific changes heading into the off-season. Those of you who are faithfully following the blog know that our website can be hard to manage at times. We also know that it is slow and has a tendency to not operate when told to do so. Thus the new website. It's a little more simple than previous but we think it should operate much better. We wanted to go ahead and get the website out and obviously there are some things we will be adding including an email sign up for blog notifications. We want to get this one right because previously if you signed up for one part of our blog you got every single blog entry instead of just the select post you wanted to receive. However, you should find that the new website operates on your mobile devices much much smoother, much faster, and is easy to navigate. As you browse the website, if you see kinks or errors that we may have missed, feel free to email us and we will get this fixed immediately. I hope you enjoy the new site and we hope that it makes getting to the programming that much easier.
Don't skip it regardless of how monotonous it seems. Lastly, you'll notice that there is a lot more running and a lot more aerobic work in the conditioning right. My goal is to develop your aerobic threshold early so that when Open season comes around we are in shape and well prepared. Also, I know that many of you aren't able to run late in the year because of cold weather so we're going to be outside running a lot right now.
