Why buy store bought, when you can make your own?
INGREDIENTS
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup pecans
¼ cup pure maple syrup (you can also use honey)
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes
Serving Size: 1/3 cup
