With the amount of videos y’all have been putting up and showing out on across the interwebs we thought it was time to create a place just for those videos. We have created a Power and Grace Instagram that will eventually link to a Power and Grace Facebook site. If you have Instagram and use it at then all follow us @powerandgraceperformance. As you complete your work for the day be sure to throw a video up with us tagged in it and use the #powerandgrace. We will also be putting videos up of extraordinary lifts and make we receive from y’all during the week as well as demo videos for specific movements that we program.
