Gold Level Programming
Individual programming based on your communicated and observed strengths and weaknesses. Top level personalized coaching, individualized programming with direct contact and consulting with your coach, guidance and oversight from Power and Grace head coaches.
Silver Level Programming
Elite level group programming through our private blog. Each aspect of strength and conditioning is meticulously developed to create a training stimulus that will force adaptation and resulting growth. This program is designed creatively to avoid monotony while at the same time allow for consistent, regular results. Each segment of strength, skill, and conditioning are designed for the continued development of the athlete moving through the seasons of the competitive exercise schedule with the CrossFit Open being the “competitive season”. These include off-season, pre-season, and in-season cycles that have varying focuses for athlete development.
