Awesome — you’re in the right place. Let’s narrow it down:
→ Are you looking for a fully personalized program?
If yes, our Gold Program is for you. It’s our most individualized option and includes:
- Personalized programming
- Video feedback
- Physical assessments
- Sports psych resources
- Meet support
- VBT integrations and more
If you’re not ready for a fully individualized plan, or if you thrive with a community-based structure, our Remote Teams offer a strong next step. We’ve built teams for:
- Youth lifters
- Masters
- 3/4/5 day training options
- Specialized tracks (like our Canadian competition teams)
You’ll still get expert programming, team support, and access to the Power & Grace coaching staff — just with a more general template.

Join one of our local training hubs in Vancouver, Québec, or Nova Scotia through our HQ Memberships. You’ll be coached in person and surrounded by a supportive, experienced community. - Prefer to train remotely?
Choose from our Canada Remote Teams (3/5 day options) that follow the provincial competition calendar and offer support tailored to Canadian lifters.
