Invest in yourself and you athletes and learn how to effectively program for the beginning weightlifter. THE PROGRAM will help coaches learn exercise selection, macrocycle, mesocycle, and micro cycle design. At the end of the course, coaches will have the ability to fully create a 12 week program that will work to develop beginner weightlifters at any gym.
This 4 session lecture series is led by our head coach, Senior International Level Coach Spencer Arnold and includes 30-40 minutes of lecture and interactive teaching followed by 10-15 minutes of question and answer. You will get all 4 videos to watch and have as your own.
